The key to a healthy successful week is PLANNING!!
I plan out my meals the night before if I know I will not be home to make my meals,
Like Miranda, bringing veggies or fruit with me when i’m out will leave me prepared for when I get hungry, and will save me from having to result to fast food!
So I SAVE MONEY, as well as saving my body from gross fast food i’d have to eat if I wasn’t prepared and on my busy schedule!
Planning Planning Planning!
It’s a bit of extra work but SO SO SO worth it!
Try it out for a week guys, you’ll be surprised how great it feels :)
